Shipping & Delivery
SUMMARY
All of my products are made to order. Textiles (tees, scarves, tote bags, etc.) excluded, however these are produced in very limited batches.
Delivery times will vary depending on the complexity of your product and seasonal fluctuations (busiest around Christmas and spring).
I reserve the right to have downtime when sick, on holiday, etc..
I work with highly curated, world-class art printers from all over the world.
Your product will be made and sent to you from the nearest manufacturer.
Please remember that customization and personalization takes time to be well made.
DELIVERY TIMES - A GUIDELINE
Prints are printed on demand, so please allow for approximately 7 days for printing and packaging. Then add shipping to your country. It might be shorter, but I really don't want to disappoint you.
When you order a customizable product, eg. a name poster, I aim to create a proof for you within 5 business days, typically much shorter time (e.g. same day). Production time after your approval will be as all other prints.
For more complex products such as handmade framed prints and pillows the production time can occasionally be up to 7 days + dispatch.
Invitations might take longer if you have any corrections of your wording etc.. This highly depends on you :)

Please be aware that if your product can be delayed by circumstances outside of my power, such as customs inspections.

Returns & Exchanges
I always go to extreme lengths to find the quality that I can stand behind. I promise I will do everything in my power to absolutely delight you.
If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your product, let me know within 2 weeks and I will give you back your money, no questions asked. I would appreciate it if you would be so kind as to tell me what can be improved. Just send me a photo and a few lines.
Please note that customizable products are final and non-refundable.
On the rare occasion that something should break or get lost on its way to you OR there is a manufacturing problem, please contact me, and I will replace your product asap!

Packaging for shipping
All prints are very carefully packaged in sturdy packaging to protect your art print and ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
Unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.
All framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

TAXES, CUSTOM DUTIES, AND FEES...
Although I work with manufacturers as close to you as possible, additional import taxes, custom duties and fees may apply when you receive your package.
These additional charges are borne by you, the customer, alone. They vary widely from country to country, so it is not in my control to neither set or predict these additional charges.
