Shipping & Delivery


  • All of our products are made to order. 

  • Delivery times will vary depending on the complexity your product and seasonal fluctuations (busiest around Christmas and spring).

  • We reserve the right to have downtime when sick, on holiday, etc..

  • We work with highly curated, world-class art printers from all over the world.

  • Your product will be made and sent to you from the nearest manufacturer.

  • Please remember that customization and personalization takes time to be well made.


  • Prints are printed on demand, so please allow for approximately 7 days for printing and packaging. Then add shipping to your country. It might be shorter, but we really don't want to disappoint you.

  • For more complex products such as handmade framed prints and pillows the production time can occasionally be up to 7 days + dispatch. 

  • When you order a customizable product, eg. a name poster, we aim to create a proof for you within 5 business days. Production time after your approval will be as all other prints.

  • Invitations might take longer if you have any corrections of your wording etc.. This highly depends on you :) 

  • Invitations are currently shipped from UK or Denmark. 

  • Let us know if your order is an express order, and we will try to help you!

Please be aware that if your product can be delayed by circumstances outside of our power, such as customs inspections.

Please also note that we only humans with limited capacities for finalizing orders. Thanks for understanding! ❤️

Returns & Exchanges

We have gone to extreme lengths to find the quality that we can stand behind. We promise we will do everything in our power to absolutely delight you.

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your product, let us know within 2 weeks and we will give you back your money, no questions asked. We would appreciate it if you would be so kind as to tell us how we can improve. Just send us a photo and a few lines. 

Please note that customizable products are final and non-refundable.

On the rare occasion that something should break or get lost on its way to you, OR there is a manufacturing problem, please contact us, and we will replace your product asap!
Please state your issue in the header, so we can take action immediately.

Packaging for shipping

  • All prints are very carefully packaged in sturdy packaging to protect your art print and ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

  • Unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes.

  • All framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

International Orders - Please Note!


Although we work with manufacturers as close to you as possible, additional import taxes, custom duties and fees may apply when you receive your package.

These additional charges are borne by you, the customer, alone. They vary widely from country to country, so it is not in our control to neither set or predict these additional charges.
